Message	He'll be restricting flow because all the air will be piping through those small fog light ducts. The flow can only be as large as those openings-it will be the bottleneck. It's the same argument that you can only suck so much through a straw versus an abs drain pipe. It would be better to have the intake somewhere else that could have the same size piping /opening as the air box openings.
